    3. Excess "bad" cholesterol in the body is harmful. Dot.

    In quail eggs, there is almost 2 times more cholesterol than in chicken. Cholesterol is found only in the yolk, so athletes often prepare scrambled eggs from one yolk and several proteins. But with quail eggs, this option is unlikely to work - they are too small, you are unlikely to be able to easily separate the yolk from the protein (however, this can be done if hard boiled quail eggs are boiled).

    1. You will need 5 quail eggs, 150 ml of milk, half a banana, 1 tbsp. l. honey, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    2. Whisk the eggs, milk, banana and honey vigorously in a blender. Sprinkle with cinnamon, grate the nutmeg, stir and pour into a glass. Place a pile of whipped cream on top. Throw in a straw and enjoy.
